My brain works like a browser with 40 tabs open. I know a lot about a lot of things, and I'm not deep in any single one. That used to feel like a weakness. It isn't. It's the whole point of me.

I didn't know how to build AI systems a year ago. Now it's most of what I do. That's not impressive — that's just how I learn.

What I actually do is take a service here, an integration there, a Slack feature nobody noticed, a Jira hook no one bothered to set up — and make them talk to each other. It's not work. It's exploration. I came to every company to be a one-person army. Build stuff. Adapt. Overcome. Never be a function.

AI breaks things and fixes things.

I've seen CS chatbots send people into death loops with fake compassion. I also know what AI fixes: the menial work burning everyone out. Status gathering, ticket routing, alignment theater. Automate that.

You can't debug a system that won't send errors.

Silence is feedback. The hardest environment isn't the one that tells you you're wrong. It's the one that doesn't respond at all.

Values aren't a nice-to-have.

Data sovereignty. Human rights. Building things that make the world slightly less broken. Not an aesthetic preference. A hard constraint on where I'll put my energy.
